Abstract

The bacterial genus Ørskov 1928 is illegitimate because of precedence of the fungal genus Saccardo 1904. Therefore, a new genus name, , is proposed as substitute for the bacterial genus. Thus, the type species Ørskov becomes Ørskov Raj comb. nov.
