Abstract

It is requested that the Judicial Commission issue an Opinion rejecting the name (Frankland and Frankland) Bergey et al. 1923 as a nomen dubium. Because this species is the type species of the genus , the Judicial Commission is also requested to issue an Opinion designating (Lustig) Bergey et al. 1923 as the new type species of . The description of the genus Bergey et al. 1923 is also herein emended. The proposed taxonomic or nomenclatural status of all known previously described species of the genus is indicated in appendexes to this paper.
