Abstract

The current descriptions of the genus Noguchi and the species and (Int. J. Syst. Bacteriol. 30:225–420) are inadequate and out of date. On behalf of the members of the Subcommittee on the Taxonomy of of the International Committee on Systematic Bacteriology, amended descriptions of these taxa are presented.
